Suburban Primary Care is now accepting online payments for patients who wish to pay their bill online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You must have the following information before you make your payment:

• Your current billing statement
• Your first and last name
• Your account number
• The claim number
• Your choice of credit card

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Please note that Suburban Primary Care is not responsible for any finance charges or overdraft fees incurred by a cardholder.

Refund Policy: If an overpayment has been incurred via our online bill payment service, we will issue a refund to the appropriate payee by original method of payment.

Financial Assistance: We offer monthly payment plans for our patients that are unable to pay their balance immediately. Please contact our Billing Office for further details at (630) 952-1415.

Our online bill payment service is provided by one of our trusted partners, First Data Global using the highest industry-standard level of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software available and it encrypts all of your personal information you input, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
